"Susan is so caring with our daughter, who absolutely loves her! She is extremely reliable, patient, flexible and cares not only for our daughter but also our whole family. She takes a holistic approach to childcare, ensuring that our daughter not only gets the support she needs in terms of caring for herself, taking her to activities and supporting with homework, but also emotional support. Susan is always happy to go the extra mile to support us.

Amanda is lovely, and our daughter had a great time when they were together. She is very caring and has lots of creative ideas. She was also very thorough in supporting our daughter with her homework. Our daughter always looked very happy every time we arrived back home.

Nicole has been excellent with our daughter. Very proactive, engaging in both physical and social activities with her. She always had ideas for imaginative play with her, and was able to relate to her. She made an effort to understand my daughter’s preferences and interests and found ways to share these interests with her."

"Our family have now used Thank Evans a number of times for assistance during work trips. Each time, booking and service has been exemplary, and staff have been able to quickly build rapport with the children and enable me to leave them with confidence. This time, however, has surpassed all expectation.

Anna was so full of energy, able to engage the children quickly, brought toys and games without being a requirement, and made every effort to engage and relieve me of my baby, who was less than keen to let go of me and let me go to work, which was not only noticed and appreciated but above and beyond expectation. It is very difficult to leave a child having a clingy day, but Anna’s sensitive and constructive approaches, minding the time for my work day and ability to multitask—including taking all three children to the park—stood out as being an exceptional support.

"From the very beginning Gillian was excellent, she went above and beyond putting my mind at ease and helping me organise the care I needed for my girls for me to recover from my operation. The staff were great with the girls at a time where they were worried about me.

Nicole and Cornelia were great with the girls. They played golf and tried squash at Kippie, helped the girls tidying up their playroom and Cornelia was amazing at organising their arts and crafts supplies. Laura was just what Gina needed on the Friday afternoon, she was calm and soothing as Gina is quite emotional at times. She took them out with their bikes which was great as Gina can sometimes be hard work when cycling.

We cannot fault the service provided in anyway, and look forward to keeping using Thank Evans"
