THANK EVANS – CHILDCARE RATES for Social Work Referred Contracts

As of Tuesday 1st April 2008

1. To be included when returning the completed registration form
2. There will also be an annual re-registration fee on the anniversary of the contract commencement date at the current rate
3. Where any registration is terminated and later restarted, the current registration fee will once again apply

1. A minimum charge of £37.80(Mon 6am– Sat 6am) or £40.80 (Sat 6am – Mon 6am) per visit applies
2. This fee applies once registered and where more than 48 hours notice is provided (otherwise please see 2)
3. “Light housework” is classed as the daily domestic chores that are done as an upkeep of the house and therefore does not include dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors or equivalent

1. A minimum charge of £43.80 per visit applies

Further Important Information applicable to the Childcare Rates

1. All hourly rates are subject to a minimum charge per visit as detailed above
2. Invoices are sent as per timescale agreed with each social worker, except in assignments lasting less than one week where the invoice will be sent at the end of the assignment. Where possible, a remittance period of 14 days would be appreciated.
3. All mileage incurred by staff members while on duty must be repaid by CLIENT, direct to the staff member, at a rate of 40p per mile
4. First hour of every visit will be charged at £14.60 if staff member travels further than 5 miles.
5. All rates are inclusive of company insurance and staff tax/NI
6. Rates may be subject to change and the client will be informed of new rates at least one month in advance

8. All fees are per hour for up to 2 children. Please add £1 per hour per additional child.
