MELDRUM KIDS’ KLUB (MKK) OUT-OF-SCHOOL CLUB MANAGER (Permanent)

Thank Evans is advertising a post on behalf of Meldrum Kids Club

They are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated Manager to oversee the daily operation of the club, with support from a committee of parents.
In addition to childcare, key responsibilities include: leading, supervising and managing permanent and relief staff; general administration; record keeping and policy updates; and planning daily activities.

Applicants should be trained to SVQ Level 3 in childcare learning and development/playwork or the equivalent and be working towards SVQ Level 4 and/or a BA in Childhood Practice.

The post requires on average 25 hours a week.
The rate of pay is £10.50 per hour.

Term-time hours are 8–9.15am and 3.30–6pm. A full-day holiday club service is offered first week of the Easter and October holidays, bank holidays (except May Day) and in-service days.
MKK is not open in the Summer.
